Papua New Guinea National Identification Project
The Papua New Guinea Civil and Identity Registry (PNGCIR) is mandated and empowered by its own act: The Civil Registration Act 1963 Amended 2014 to maintain registers of Vital Events and the Papua New Guinea National Identity Project (PNG NID Project) is the project which enables a quicker way to fulfil its functions.
